Multi-activity week with children
The multi-activity week with children is specially designed for families. The duration of activities is fully adapted to the needs of children, with extra breaks, for example. This program can be completely customized to fit your family perfectly. We will gladly make a personal program and price proposal for you.
Below is an overview of the activities that make this week a unique experience.
Dog sled ride
Meet our social four-legged friends and discover the magic of a husky ride. Every morning we groom our huskies together and let the quietest dogs roam free, so the children can enjoy a real cuddle session. During this time you will learn more about the dogs, equipment and mushen.
Full of enthusiasm, the huskies take us on a magical journey through snowy forest trails and across the frozen lake. Only the sound of dogs and the gentle crunch of the sled accompany us as we glide through one of Europe’s last wildernesses.
Snowmobile tour
With the snowmobile, we reach places that are otherwise difficult to access. You will receive appropriate equipment and after a short instruction and test ride, our unforgettable trip in the mountains begins. We hope to encounter reindeer or even an elk there.
Smaller children ride comfortably in a sled behind the guide’s scooter, while older children can ride on the back of the scooter as passengers.
Snowshoe hike
With snowshoes, we make our way through deep, untouched snow. Along the way, imagine yourself in a magical fairy tale forest, learn to recognize animal tracks and discover more about the flora and fauna of the area. This tour is fully adapted to the participants’ fitness level. For younger children, we stay on walking or scooter trails so that everyone can enjoy themselves to the fullest.
Ice Fishing
Lake Akersjön is right outside the door and is perfect for ice fishing. Together we drill a hole through the thick ice and lower our lines. On the shore, we will make a cozy campfire, enjoy hot drinks and hope for a nice catch, which we can then grill.
Day off
On the day off, you can book additional activities, such as a winter bushcraft course where you and the children will learn how to make fire. Or you enjoy one of the aforementioned activities.
For children, the area right outside the door is a large adventure playground, perfect for exploring together, hiking or building a snowman or igloo.
